Returns and Refund Policy

If our customers have any concerns or issues with our products, they may be returned to within the warranty period for repair, replacement or full refund at's discretion. Refunded amounts may be in the form of a credit card refund, a refund check or a credit memo.

Prior to returning products to, customers should contact Technical Support. The support team can often help overcome technical issues and if needed, will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) which will facilitate proper tracking and handling of the return.
